Hyundai Hope on Wheels supports the fight against childhood cancer in Western Canada with a $650,000 donation.

Following the success of its first year, the Western Canadian tour marks the beginning of Hyundai Hope on Wheels’ second year in Canada.
This year, the organization is partnering with C17, the national network of Canadian pediatric hematology, oncology, and stem cell transplant programs, to advance childhood cancer research and improve the lives of children and families across Canada.
The Western Canadian tour launches Hyundai Hope on Wheels’ 2026 nationwide tour. This year, the organization will invest more than $4.1 million in pediatric cancer research, care, and family support programs across the country.
With the support of Hyundai Canada and its network of more than 225 dealerships, Hyundai Hope on Wheels donated $100,000 to each of the following organizations: the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation, and the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.

For every new Hyundai vehicle sold, a portion of the proceeds is donated to Hyundai Hope on Wheels. In 2026, the organization continues its commitment across the country by investing more than $4.1 million in the fight against childhood cancer, with the support of Hyundai Auto Canada and its network of more than 225 dealerships.
Through its new partnership with Canada’s C17 Council, Hyundai Hope on Wheels is also helping advance clinical trials and pediatric oncology research through dedicated funding.
Hyundai Hope on Wheels is a registered charitable foundation committed to finding a cure for childhood cancer. Established in Canada in 2025, it supports pediatric cancer care, research, and survivorship programs through grants and impactful donations.
Originally launched in the United States in 1998, the initiative has become one of the largest nonprofit funders of pediatric cancer research in the United States and Canada.
